Shruti Rajurkar is a Senior Research Programme Manager for Research incubation team at Microsoft Research’s Cambridge lab. In this role, she leads research incubation efforts that turn cutting-edge ideas into real-world impact. Shruti works across the Cambridge lab to accelerate research from concept to tangible outcomes, collaborating with teams in industry, academia, and government laboratories. Her focus is on applying advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to solve complex scientific challenges in areas such as AI for science ,sustainability and fusion. By guiding innovative projects from concept to prototype, she bridges the gap between fundamental research and practical applications, ensuring new technologies deliver real world outcome .
