About
Newman is a bilingual technical expert in the Microsoft Discovery and Quantum organization’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer. He is an expert in advanced AI orchestration and has developed and holds patents in key AI technologies like GraphRAG.
Newman holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine and a MS in Computer Science from Columbia University. During graduate school, Newman was a Fellow in the School of International and Public Affairs where he developed expertise in the U.S.’ Role in World Affairs and Public Policy.
