À propos

I’m passionate about applying AI in science and healthcare in ways that are ethical, collaborative, and built for meaningful, lasting impact.

I lead Health & Life Sciences Strategy and Partnerships at Microsoft Research Health Futures, where I focus on advancing AI-enabled science and healthcare, precision medicine, and cross-sector collaborations that move responsible innovation forward. A key part of my work is helping scale research and scientific breakthroughs so they translate into real-world solutions that serve people and communities.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across startups, venture capital, and Fortune 500s to help turn bold ideas into impact — from building digital health platforms at Castlight Health, to driving health policy innovation and business transformation at Independence Blue Cross, to backing early-stage innovation through Comcast Ventures.

I serve on boards including Life Science Washington and Karlsgate, and mentor health-tech and AI founders working to solve meaningful challenges. I’m focused on building ethical, effective AI ecosystems — and partnering with others ready to do the same. I also host the Microsoft Research podcast, AI Testing and Evaluation: Learnings from Industry, where I explore how we can advance AI testing by learning from real-world successes — and stumbles.
